티비조선의 새로운 관찰예능 프로그램 「아재독립만세」, "거기서만나"의 요청에 의하여 Tiny home 3채를 협찬하게 되었습니다. 박공구조와 평지붕 구조의 집들은 15m2의 소형 사이즈로 건축되었습니다. 100mm의 두께의 LitePan® (R-27)만을 이용하여 구조 빔 또는 프레임을 전혀 사용하지 않고 시공되었으며, 최현석 셰프가 사용할 평지붕구조의 집은 슬라이딩 벽체를 사용하였습니다.
박공지붕구조는 단 7개의 LitePan® 2.7m X 5.0m크기의 벽체 2장, 3.0m X 2.7m 크기의 벽체 2장과 2.7m X 5.0m 크기의 바닥판과 2.3m X 5.0m 크기의 박공지붕판 2장이 사용되었습니다. 벽체와 벽체를 연결하는 부분을 최소화하는 솔리드한 공법의 LitePan®의 특징은 건축에서 발생할 수 있는 열교나 누수의 문제를 미연에 방지합니다.
이러한 솔리드공법은 'Net-zero energy house' 프로젝트를 위한 설계이며, 벽과 바닥, 지붕은 모두 밀폐되어 있어 열교현상을 피할 수 있습니다.
